Specifically for the expecting mothers, this massage is tailored to the aches and pains of growing motherhood. First Trimester massage is available with a doctor's note. Please note this type of massage is generally side-lying to keep the pressure off of your abdomen and promote deeper relaxation while still providing access to your back to ease strain.
